Great book about a Great Man.

I bought this as a gift for my brother, an avid Batman fan. I was pleased when it arrived that the sender had considered the collector in the way it was wrapped. (Collectors are usually pretty picky about keeping books like this in pristine condition.) It was wrapped about 2 or 3 times around with bubble wrap and then put in a fairly heavy shipping envelope. This insured that the corners didn't get dinged up in shipping. The only way I could imagine it getting damaged in shipping would have had to be intentional. After confirming it was in great condition, I put it back in the bubble wrap and then wrapped that in gift paper. This kept it safe and made it so puffy that it didn't look like a wrapped book.
The dawn of Batman, where Robin came from and exciting adventures are all here. The quality of the edition itself is first rate. I purchased this as a gift, and did not want the cheaper editions available.
As a big batman who is interested in the characters origins and development this is basically a must have. Great for any collector
This book is awesome if you are a batman fan. It has four of his early story including his origin. This book also has the origin of the joker and catwoman. This book do not include the very first batman appearance story.
