What stands out most to me is how encouraging she is and I think that is very important when people are trying to achieve their weight loss goals or improve their overall health. People need to be encouraged and given positive feedback, not be shamed and feel like they have to do things a certain way. This book is very positive and can be used by anyone as a guide to a healthier lifestyle.

Lots and Lots of practical advice that anyone can follow!! I LOVE this book and have re-read it several times because it is so uplifting and encouraging!
Well written, honest and to the heart of the matter. The author expresses her own struggles and outlets for a healthier lifestyle. I enjoyed coming across recipes throughout the book, looking forward to making the energy bites!
If you are someone that is interested in creating a healthier lifestyle than i recommend this guide by Jasmine Gonzales as the solution. She has written a practical comprehensive approach to health and fitness that both women and men alike can attain a clear insight into the fitness world. The book is easily understood and written in layman's terms. She uses her own personal life challenges with health and fitness to inspire you to set attainable goals all the while teaching you how to become a more healthier and fit person. She was inspired to write the book because she wanted to help her friends and family by demonstrating and communicating the benefits of health and fitness in a relaxed practical manner. She was also thoughtful enough to add some of her own healthy and great tasting recipes that i personally enjoyed making and eating. I really enjoyed reading the entire book and especially at the end of the last chapter it almost brought a tear to my eye those words of encouragement and can do spirit that encapsulated her altruistic passion and dedication to others and the fitness challenges that we all share on our journey to becoming a more fit you and me.
